Meet the beautiful Family of 3; Mama, Brother, Sister, and soon to be little. We met for a Maternity Lifestyle Photography Session in Alameda, CA to document her family before the arrival of their newest little one. This Maternity Photography Session was a special Motherhood Session, meant to document the love and connection between a Mama and her children. Maternity Photography Sessions normally take place in-home or in a meaningful location.

I was honored to be contacted by Leah to do a special Maternity session in her home to honor this time of great change for her family. Pregnant with her 3rd, and 2nd baby girl, we captured the love and connection she has for her children and their excitement to welcome their new sibling.

Leah requested a Maternity Photography Session to be able to document how empowered she felt in her pregnancy. I left our session feeling the warmth, love, and courage that Motherhood represents. Although Mamas and families are constantly in a state of change we hold our families together.

Documenting the relationship of siblings is always special to see and oftentimes it takes just sitting back and observing their interactions. Capturing their hugs, kisses, and giggles is always special. It takes time to capture these connections which is why I’m so happy that my sessions are untimed. Untimed lessons allow for everyone to sit back and be themselves.

Im’ so happy to be allowed in to document families and timestamp their memories. The gratitude I feel for being invited in to witness their authentic selves is unbounded.
